$34,000,000 is appropriated from the constitutional budget reserve fund        
to the University of Alaska for Budget Reductions/Additions -                  
Systemwide for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2001, and June 30,             
2002.                                                                          
	(b)  The sum of $172,143,300 is appropriated from the                         
constitutional budget reserve fund to the University of Alaska for             
operating expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and
